MicroStream is a persistence framework for POJOs for developing high-performance in-memory database applications and microservices in Java. The project started in 2013. The new version 5 is now released as open source under the Eclipse Public License on GitHub.
MicroStream enables you to store your Java objects, in practice mostly complex object graphs consisting of millions of objects or just single subgraphs thereof, persistently into any data storage target and restore it completely or partially in the memory at any time, e.g.after a system restart.
